The log rotation routine should actually be part of the z-push package, as this
package is what ultimately creates the access.log.

In terms of native packaging, where this is probably also an issue, we'd ship a
file into /etc/logrotate.d/, probably called something like 'z-push.conf'.

I suppose, lacking logrotate in OpenPKG, indeed the rc.apache file would be
most appropriate.

Indeed for the first one the package would be clamav, or log rotation would be
part of rc.clamav.

The second one, for as far OpenPKG is concerned, I think is equally well placed
in rc.apache.
