This is a documentation issue.

Resolved in;

[master 0fceb4f] Remove the separate chapter on bootstrapping, the
documentation is in the Configuration chapter after Installation

and released to site.

kolab-test should not be shipped at all, in fact. It's a work-in-progress for
executing test plans.

Resolved in;

[master c06a170] Exclude %{_bindir}/kolab-test
[pykolab-0.4 ea1811c] Exclude %{_bindir}/kolab-test
