No, I didn't skip any settings after launching kolab-pre-setup. kolab-cert
script throws out this hint:
"There are quite a few fields but you can leave some blank
For some fields there will be a default value,
If you enter '.', the field will be left blank."

For every field I used some values. For the FQDN I used this value:
kolab.gurus.de

No matter what values I put in, /etc/ssl/servercerts/serverkey.pem is always an
empty file. Probably an issue with kolab-cert scrip?!
