Quick update on this:

With the above command, you get too many packages, not only installed from
kolabsys-repos. Better use this:

repo='Kolab:/3.2/Ubuntu_14.04';
dpkg -l | awk 'NR >= 6 { print $2 }' | xargs apt-cache policy | awk '/^[^ ]/ {
split($1, a, ":"); pkg = a[1] } nextline == 1 { nextline = 0; printf("%-40s
%-50s %s\n", pkg, $2, $3) } /\*\*\*/ { nextline = 1 }'| grep "$repo" |awk
'$0=$1' | xargs dpkg-query -l | awk '{ print $2"\t"$3 }'

Kolab:/3.2/Ubuntu_12.04-Packages:

irony    0.2.7-0~kolab1
kolab    3.1.0-34.4
kolab-freebusy    1.0.2-3~kolab1
kolab-imap    3.1.0-34.4
kolab-ldap    3.1.0-34.4
kolab-mta    3.1.0-34.4
kolab-schema    3.1-3
kolab-syncroton    2.2.4-0~kolab5
kolab-utils    3.0.5-2
kolab-webclient    3.1.0-34.4
libkolab0    0.5.0-0~kolab3
libmozldap-0d        6.0.5-3
mozldap-tools        6.0.5-3
python-pyasn1-modules    0.0.4-1
roundcubemail    1:1.0~dev20140128-1~kolab1
roundcubemail-plugin-contextmenu    1.10-2
roundcubemail-plugin-threadingasdefault    0.9-0~kolab1

Kolab:/3.2/Ubuntu_14.04-Packages:

libcalendaring    4.9.0-3
php-kolab    0.5.0-0~kolab3

It turns out, that not all packages are taken from 14.04 repositories. Instead
I end up with a nearly 100% 12.04 packages and you are right, not all required
packages are available in 14.04.

So my advice is, just to insert both repositories in your sources.list

deb http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/3.2/Ubuntu_12.04/ ./
deb http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/3.2:/Updates/Ubuntu_12.04/ ./
deb http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/3.2/Ubuntu_14.04/ ./
deb http://obs.kolabsys.com:82/Kolab:/3.2:/Updates/Ubuntu_14.04/ ./

and in /etc/apt/preferences

Package: *
Pin: origin obs.kolabsys.com
Pin-Priority: 501
